RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund unless they are the items are customized with personalization. Unfortunately, personalized items are not returnable. We do not pay the return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) If you receive a damaged item please email us a picture along with your order number to cs@timetravelercorp.com.We will replace the item after the photo is received showing the damage.
Here are the steps for making a return:
Pack the items to be returned in the original shipping box whenever possible. Include a copy of the packing list which includes your order number, billing name, and address.
All product returns must be received within 30 days from the date the order was shipped if you are seeking a refund on your purchase. All returns received after the 30 days specified will be ineligible for a refund of any kind. All items returned must be unused and undamaged, again, in original boxes and with all or any accessories that may have come with the item upon purchase.
All personalized items are non-returnable for refund or exchange unless the return is due to an error or defect caused by Time Traveler.
After for 90 days, all personalized items will be non-returnable, whatever the cause.
The return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept returns COD or postage due. If the product has a manufacturing or personalization defect please email us cs@timetravelercorp.com before shipping it back. At our discretion we may replace the item without the need for you to send it back.
For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or USPS Media Mail with tracking.Please package item(s) securely to avoid damage during transit. If you fail to package properly you could compromise your request for a refund or exchange on the item(s) returned.

We recommend that you order your replacement rather that waiting for us to receive your return as we process the transactions separately. Time Traveler does not refund shipping costs associated with any type of returns unless the return was a result of a manufacturer defect or order processing error. If the return is due to a manufacturer defect or order processing error we will also refund the full return shipping costs paid.No Exchange Policy
We do not accept orders or items for exchange. If you need a different size, color or product please return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order at your convenience. Placing the new order now just ensures that you will receive it quickly, and that it won't go out of stock.
